If you have been selected to receive a foundation scholarship for the 2023/24 academic year, CONGRATULATIONS!
To complete the acceptance process, you will need to click on the link for the 2023 Scholarship Acceptance Form. You must complete this online form and upload a copy of your fall class schedule. There is no need to complete the form until you have received your schedule. If you have been awarded a renewable scholarship, you will need to complete this process annually via our website.
Your scholarship check will be made out in the name of the school you will be attending in the fall and will be mailed directly to the school. Your scholarship(s) can be used for tuition, fees, and books. There is no need to repay the scholarship.
Please make sure that we have current contact information, including an email address where you can be reached after graduation, if you are senior in high school. Changes can be emailed to threeriversfoundation@gmail.com.
Lastly, if you would like to send a thank you note to the scholarship families, you may send them directly to the Foundation at PO Box 453, Three Rivers, MI 49093 and we will forward them. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at threeriversfoundation@gmail.com.
